Everyone wants to take a short course in real estate
today,
however, would a long term course be better?
The truth of the matter is it depends on the individual, how
much one wants to study real estate.
According to my research, real estate, like any other
licensed profession,
has a continued education program
attached to it. However lots of people are not into real
estate
as a full-time career and do not intend to be a part of a team
or do it until
they retire.
Ones that have or are a part of a company or a team of
realtors, may consider an attending a learning program that
has a continued education program attached to it.
However,
some whom are mostly doing it because it is a
quick way to make a lot of money,
may ask oneself, “ Do I
have enough knowledge
to do this and really be good at it?”
